About this event

a16z is hosting a mixer for growth operators who might be open to their next opportunity, in partnership with leaders from Cursor, fal, Gamma, HappyRobot, Sphere, Lassie, and Stuut.

These companies are scaling quickly and actively hiring across growth roles. Hear what their teams are doing behind the scenes and what makes them compelling places to do your best growth work right now.

The event is application-based, with limited spots, and best suited for growth operators who would consider a role in the next six months across performance, marketing, organic video or writing, PLG, SLG, and related functions.

FAQ
Who should apply?+

Growth operators across any channel or motion - performance, organic (video / written), lifecycle, SEO, events, PLG, SLG, partnerships, community, brand, or growth engineering.

Is this an application or an open RSVP?+

Application-only. The room is curated and seats are limited, so apply early - invitations go out on a rolling basis.

Will food and drinks be provided?+

Yes. Every a16z Build gathering includes food and drinks - the details depend on the format, but you will not leave hungry.

Can I bring a colleague?+

Invites are non-transferable and seats are limited, so we ask that you attend on your own invitation. If a colleague would be a great fit, share the event with them so they can apply directly.

When will I hear back?+

Invitations go out on a rolling basis, typically starting a few weeks before the event. Apply early - rooms fill up.

What are the house rules?+

Conversations are off the record. We do not announce or record these events, so everyone can speak freely.
